UPDATE July 27, 2019 — Medicare For Anybody: I've spent the past three months trying to get an audience with Tulsi. She's my U.S. Represenative, and currently running for president. Volunteer with her campaign and was able to get a meeting with her father. Pleaded with him to get Tulsi to take me seriously.
Didn't ask anything from Tulsi. Offered to pay my way to meet her Anytime/Anywhere. Just wanted to give her a realistic plan that would launch her to national status. She wasn't interested in her loyal constituent at all.
I post my letter to her father and Tulsi's campaign this morning. Kamala Harris released something similar. Tulsi could have made headlines and history. She didn't care to meet with me. She's my represenative. Too busy for me!
Medicare For All is a great plan. In a perfect world, this would be the best solution for Americans and our nation. Yet as we know, the world isn't perfect. We can't jump from where we are today to Medicare For All. This would be too disruptive to our economy and the medical heathcare industry.
The solution is a "public option" that is voluntary and available to any who wish to participate. I call this Medicare For Anybody. If an individual or family like their current private healthcare plan, they can keep it. If they are dissatisfied, they can join Medicare.
It would not be free. They would pay a monthly premium, as we currently do with other private sector plans. Yet Medicare has a lower overhead and can purchase services in bulk. This allows Medicare plans to offer the same coverage as does a private company, but for lower costs.
For example, I was recently on a COBRA plan through CIGNA. It cost me $699.00 per month. A similar Medicare For Anybody plan would cost about $399.99 per month for an individual. This would save me about $3,600 per year.
Now, what would you do?

Aloha Mike and Tulsi,
My healthcare plan is VERY similar to this, as expressed by Kamala. Still a bit better — as my plan didn't require a ten-year transition. It utilizes the foundation created by the Afordable Care Act, yet doesn't force individuals to make a choice or give up existing plans.
It is a voluntary program. The plan does not threaten existing private healthcare insurers, although it does introduce greater competition into the market. The bottom line is the plan saves subscribers money, while increasing payments to providers.
These outcomes are possible because the plan reduces waste, duplication and inefficiencies entrenched in the currently bloated system.

I call it Medicare For Anybody. Overall concept was clear and simple. Easy to explain and implement. It needed to be secret — as Tulsi would have received the biggest impact by a major launch. Couldn't let this trickle out. Suspense and surprise would have given her the Biggest Bang for the Buck. I love what Tulsi represents. I am her loyal solider. She didn't care about me at all. Just needed 20 minutes!
Rather than Obama's Affordable Care Act, it was AnyBodyCare Act ... national website was ABC.gov. How easy and clean would this have been? I know healthcare. Told you over and over and over.
Tulsi could have been FIRST. She would have captured the headlines. I offered to PAY my way to meet with her Anytime/Anywhere. Needed only 20 minutes!
Her announcement would have attracted the 130,000+ needed to move forward; would have given her the bump in polls to clear the 2% hurdles. Now, it will appear CopyCat. Great commanders do not leave options on the table. I'll continue of course to find people willing to donate $1.
Kamala's Plan:
It's government-run insurance, but with a 10-year transition and a private alternative for those who want it.
It would eventually replace employer-sponsored plans, over the course of a decadelong transition, but it would allow private insurers to offer an alternative form of coverage, much as they do today for seniors on Medicare.
Have a wonderful day!

InfoImagination director, Scott Goold, seeks to meet privately with his political represenative, Tulsi Gabbard, about a proposed healthcare solution for America. Tulsi is a fourth-term United States Congresswoman from the 2nd District of Hawai'i. Scott currently lives on O'ahu but remains in her district at his 96746 zipcode location.
He votes for her, supports her campaign financially, volunteers for her campaign, and believes Tulsi Gabbard is the only political leader in America with both the Compassion and Wisdom to heal this nation.
Mr. Goold recognizes Representative Gabbard is extremely busy in her dedicated efforts to serve this nation and the people of Hawai'i Nei, as well as continue her campaign for president. [photo credit: TULSI 2020]
