AnnMarie and I would like to welcome you to this corner of Albuquerque. We believe we are very lucky to live in such a pleasant
community. The New Holiday Park offers residents a high quality standard of living. We are fortunate to have some of the best
schools in the region. There are convenient shopping centers, excellent restaurants and many cultural facilities in close
proximity to our homes.
The goal of our organization is to make living in the New Holiday Park neighborhood a positive, rewarding experience
for all residents. As such, we believe it is important to make everyone feel welcome. If you know of a family who has recently
moved to the area, we would love to hear from you. We would like to make a special effort to greet each new family. This
is just one of the ways we hope to bring a heightened sense of community to all residents.
In addition, we strive to ensure all residents feel they are important to our community organization. This applies
specifically to our youngest members. If you have ideas, suggestions or thoughts on how to improve youth activities in
the area, please feel free to contact us or show up at our next organization meeting.
Many of our families have pets. We are currently working to create a dog exercise facility in close
proximity to our neighborhood. Dogs are an important part of many families. Unfortunately, they can also lead
to residential disputes. We ask dog owners to pay particular attention to potential noise problems
from their canine companions. Barking dogs represent a significant source of complaints throughout the
city. In general, dogs that bark excessively are lonely, bored or neglected. We ask you to be kind and considerate
to your fury friends -- as well as your neighbors. If you would like more information on this area, please contact us.
Again, welcome to the New Holiday Park. We'd love to hear from you. Please become involved with our
organization. We have some exciting events and activities in store for the upcoming year.
Sincerely,
Scott Goold, President
